On 29th to 30th March 2023, Integrity South Sudan (ISS) with support from UNMISS facilitated a two-day workshop on enhancing transparency and accountability in budget making process and implementation in South Sudan and the workshop was held in Palm Africa Hotel with 56 participants (16 female & 40 male). In attendance were national ministry of finance, specialized committee of finance and economic planning at the reconstituted transitional national legislative Assembly (R-TNLA), committee of public account at the reconstituted transitional national legislative assembly (R-TNLA), South Sudan Anti-corruption commission (SSAC), Central Equatoria State ministry of finance, specialized committee of finance and economic planning at Central Equatoria State reconstituted transitional legislative assembly (R-TCESLA), Central Equatoria State anti-corruption commission (SACC), Civil society organizations (CSOs), Juba county, person with disability, university students and women union.
